SUMMARY:Stronger Together - Down Syndrome Support Group for Parents\, Caregivers and Adult Siblings
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on select Saturdays at 10 am PST/1 pm EST (parents in all areas are welcome) for a Virtual Parent/Caregiver Support Group gathering.  This parent collaboration is open to discussions of all ages and stages of development.\n\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\n\nDS Action recognizes that our community is in need of ways to navigate the challenges we have faced over the past few years.   Therefore\, we decided to take action and find solutions to help families cope.  Also\, we know that there is always a need for parents/caregivers to collaborate with other families who have children with Down syndrome.  We are glad to be providing a way for open communication to share thoughts\, concerns\, achievements\, ideas and resources.\n\n\nThis support group is FREE.\n\nThere will be facilitators to support our group gatherings\, sharing ways that we can better manage stress and anxiety\, offer parenting strategies\, and ways to promote better self care\, health and wellness.\n\nCurrently\, DS Action is working on hosting additional family support groups/webinars.
